Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of Sodapop's website and Studio plugin, operated by Mosaic Platforms, operating Sodapop. Support and billing contact: mosaicplaformsllc@gmail.com. By using Sodapop, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information.
Mailing address: 1201 South High Street, Suite C PMB 1015, Columbus, OH 43206, United States. This is a mailing address, not a walk-in support location.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13, meet the minimum age required where you live, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are a minor. Purchases require the payment account holder's authorization. Use your own authorized Roblox account and keep it secure. Do not share session tokens or impersonate another person. You remain responsible for work and actions you authorize through your account.
What the service provides
Sodapop generates 3D models and Luau code from requests and can transfer content to Roblox Studio. Results depend on your request, available project context, and third-party services. Features, availability, and generation times may change. A successful syntax check does not guarantee correct gameplay, security, compatibility, moderation approval, or a complete game. Native Roblox rigs, custom meshes, animation, and runtime behavior have different requirements; generated results may include disclosed limitations.
Review generated changes and test them in a backed-up Studio place before publishing. Studio approval is not a certification that code is safe or correct. You control whether proposed changes are installed or enabled, and you are responsible for complying with Roblox's rules when publishing or using them.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to process, store, and transmit it to our service providers as needed to provide generation, saved work, delivery, and support. We do not claim exclusive ownership of generated output. You may use output subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and platform rules; AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Submit only content you are authorized to use and share. Do not use Sodapop for unlawful activity, credential theft, malicious scripts, exploiting other users or games, harassment, or infringement. Do not bypass access controls, payment rules, usage limits, or Roblox permissions. Do not upload secrets or private player information into AI requests.
Optional community sharing
Saved work is private unless you explicitly submit a selected creation for community review and it is approved. You must have the rights to publish every included file and authorize its reuse. Do not submit other people's restricted assets, credentials, private information, malicious scripts, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules. Moderators may reject or remove listings and review reports; approval is not a guarantee of safety, ownership, completeness or working gameplay.
When you explicitly accept the community publishing licenses, you offer the selected models and non-code assets under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International and scripts, including model-generation source, under the MIT License, to the extent you hold applicable rights. These licenses permit reuse, modification, redistribution and commercial use under their terms. Keep the supplied attribution and notices, and indicate changes where required. Withdrawing a listing does not revoke rights already granted to compliant recipients. Copying a community creation to saved work is free; requesting AI changes uses your separately approved credit allowance. Nothing is installed or enabled in Studio merely by copying it.
Credits and payments
Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The current monthly plan is $20 per month for 20 credits; it renews automatically until cancelled. A $10 one-time top-up provides 10 credits without a subscription. Unused monthly credits roll over, and purchased credits do not expire. Credits are service units, not money, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
New requests show a maximum credit amount before generation. Starting reserves that amount from your balance. Completed requests charge usage-based service credits, rounded up to a whole credit, and return the unused reservation. Model generation, connected code, and any automatic syntax repair share the same approved maximum. If the next paid step requires more, work pauses and you must approve an increased total before it continues. Completed generation steps are saved and reused. Increasing the maximum does not guarantee a finished game or remove technical limits. This does not buy credits or charge your payment method; purchases occur separately through Stripe checkout.
Failed generation jobs release or refund their reserved credits under the service's job accounting. Cancelling charges completed usage and releases unused credits. If a provider request was interrupted and its usage is uncertain, a bounded reservation can remain pending support review; it is not automatically retried. Requests submitted under the earlier fixed-credit pricing retain their original accounting. A generated result that needs edits or has gameplay issues is not automatically a failed job. Contact support if a charge or credit adjustment looks wrong.
Launch trial: the first 20 eligible Roblox accounts may receive 10 free trial credits, once per account. Accounts already granted credits or with previous generation reservations are not eligible. No payment card is required. Trial credits are used before purchased or manually added credits. Attempted AI generation consumes trial credits, rounded up to whole credits, even if the result fails or requires more context; unused trial allowance is released. Uncertain provider usage can keep a bounded trial reservation pending review. Trial usage is capped across requests, including failures, and is not replenished by signing in again. Purchased credits retain the ordinary failure-refund policy above. Free credits do not guarantee completion of any particular game.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Credits > Manage subscription in the workspace to cancel through Stripe. Cancellation prevents future renewals according to the date displayed in the portal; it does not automatically refund past payments or remove unused purchased credits. Signing out, revoking Roblox access, or uninstalling the plugin does not cancel billing.
Contact support for refund requests, duplicate charges, or service problems. Refunds are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law; unused credits associated with refunded payments may be adjusted. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights. Payment disputes may temporarily pause further purchases while reviewed.
Third-party services
Sodapop depends on Roblox, OpenAI, hosting, and payment services. Their outages, policy changes, rate limits, or moderation may affect availability. Sodapop is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox. Roblox's terms apply separately to your account, assets, experiences, and use of Studio.
Suspension, termination, and stored work
We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Contact support to dispute a restriction or request account closure. Export important work and cancel any subscription before requesting deletion. We will handle remaining paid service and credits consistently with applicable law; account closure does not waive mandatory rights.
Limitations and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Sodapop is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will work, be error-free, or meet a particular purpose. Keep backups and independently check output. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility for fraud or intentional wrongdoing.
We may update these terms and will update the effective date. Material changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect as required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory consumer rights.
